Biographical / Historical
In April 2007, UCAR launched the community building program in order to catalyze and coordinate activities that contribute to UCAR's goal of connecting to an increasingly diverse society. The mission of the UCAR Community Building Program is to work with university partners to develop and engage a diverse workforce in the atmospheric and related sciences.
