Biographical / Historical
The Operational Excellence (OPEX) Program was launched in August 2014 and is a collection of enterprise information technology and business reengineering projects designed to upgrade and modernize our business operations at UCAR. These projects will result in more streamlined, user-focused, flexible, responsive, efficient, and effective systems with excellent reporting, transparency and accountability.
