Amendment to Memorandum of Understanding, 1970, 1980-1983

This file contains a signed amendment from 1983 to the agreement between the National Science Foundation and the New Zealand Meteorological Service regarding cooperation in a Southern Hemisphere pilot test of the Global Horizontal Sounding Technique (GHOST) program. The file also includes partial copies of the original agreement signed in 1970 and an extension to the agreement signed in 1980.
