Biographical / Historical
James Hack joined NCAR in 1984 as a scientist with the Atmospheric Analysis and Prediction division (AAP). Following an NCAR-wide reorganization in 1987, most of AAP became the Climate and Global Dynamics division (CGD), and Hack was then affiliated with the CGD Climate Modeling Section.
