WITI, Inc. (Weather Information Technologie Incorporated), was a for-profit company launched by UCAR in 1989 (it was sold in 2000 to LifeMinders). Document on technology transfer discussing the Bayh-Dole Act and the Stevenson-Wydler Act. Memo on cash distribution to developers.
