The collection has been processed by location and date order. Exceptions have been made for Series: Physical Facilities Construction Documents, 1960-1970, undated, and Series: Media. Series: Physical Facilities Construction Documents, 1960-1970, undated, has been processed in original order. Series: Media has been arranged by type of media. Oversize items have been flattened and located in the Oversize Map Case or on rollers. Oversize items that were separated from the collection due to size are accompanied by separation sheets and separation sheets also exist in the original location of the material.
