This file contains a photograph from the Mauna Loa solar observatory in February 199[?]. A note on the back of the photograph states: "Main spar, It may be the Mk IV [Mark-IV]. Failure of Polar Axis mount holddown bolts." [Note: Unable to determine if folder title is accurate.]
