Scope and Contents The Papers of William Welch Kellogg consists of documents dated from 1946 to 2005. Dr. Kellogg's research and work for the National Center for Atmospheric Science (NCAR) comprises the bulk of the materials. He was involved with climate change research and early forecasting methods.
