The records of the Computing Facility Advisory Panel (CAP) primarily contains minutes, correspondence, and mail outs of work done by the Panel for meetings that spans 1964-1995. Some meetings occurred over a period of consecutive days. Included in the collection are requests for usage applications and computer time. No weeding was done on this collection.

Arrangement is primarily by Chronological order within each series unless this was undecipherable due to lack of dates on materials, in these cases original order is used. The collection is housed in 17 boxes and is arranged into seven main series.
