Staff Notes (March 5, 1976). Diane Johnson becomes Head of the Information Office of NCAR. She had worked in NCAR's Information Office since 1969, was a member of the Women's Caucus of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, served on the Public Information Committee of the Colorado Commission on the Status of Women, worked with NCAR scientist Margaret LeMone in developing statistics on the status of women in meteorology for the American Meteorological Society's Board on Women and Minorities, and gave a talk on the subject at an AMS convention.
