Scope and Contents
Photos of the Bluevista, a new IBM p5-575 supercomputer that arrived at CISL on August 27, 2005. The Bluevista system consisted of 78 IBM POWER5 p5-575 Symmetric Multi-Processor (SMP) nodes. Each node had eight POWER5 simultaneous multithreading (SMT) processors and 16 gigabytes of memory.
