Scope and Contents
A collection of scanned negatives and images related to aviation and research aircraft. Included are Neg. 1091-2 of a hangar under construction; Neg. 2104c-18, Electra aircraft with instruments attached to nose; Neg. 2830c, 29 Juliet sailplane under cloud; Neg. 6363-14 and 6363-S, CLAWS (Classify Locate and Avoid Windshear) project, John McCarthy and Kim Elmore in FAA tower, Stapleton; Ne. 7357-11, Pre-flight activities of the Electra at Buckley airport. There is also a schematic of a proposed equipment layout for a DC-68.
