MODES workshop, 2015-08-27

A collection of photos from the MODES Workshop hosted at NCAR. The central theme of the CGD-sponsored workshop is the normal mode functions and their application in numerical weather prediction and climate research. There is a group photo of participants outside of the Mesa Lab, and photos of Akira Kasahara with smaller groups of participants, including Bennert Machenhauer, John Boyd, and Erland Kallen (see visible nametags in 8C9A3584).
