Black and white photos of William (Bill) Bonner, the first director of UCAR's Cooperative Program for Operational Meteorology, Education, and Training (COMET) in April 1990, then director of UCAR Office of Programs (UOP) from 1992-1994. In one photo he is walking up stairs, and in the others he is seated in a computer lab.
