HIPPO 4, 2011-06-14 - 2011-06-17

A collection of photos from the HIPPO 4 field project (HIAPER Pole-to-Pole Observations) which flew from the North Pole to the South Pole over the western Pacific and Australia. Photos are of scientists preparing, loading, and monitoring instruments aboard the HIAPER GV aircraft. Among those identified are Andy Watt (NCAR), Jonathan Bent (NCAR), Anne Perring (NOAA), and Ralph Keeling (Scripps Research Institute).
