RICO: Rain in Cumulus over the Ocean, 2004-11-24 - 2005-01-24

A collection of photos from Rain in Cumulus over the Ocean (RICO), a field program whose objectives were to evaluate precipitation in association with shallow cumulus across a broad range of scales, based out of Antigua and Barbuda. Photos are of scientists at work in the operations center, aboard research aircraft, and in land-based data collection settings. Individuals identified include Don Lenschow, Charlie Knight, Jim Wilson, Steve Oncley, Pavel Romashkin, James Hudson, Jennifer Small. There are also photos of the aircraft, instruments, and the S-POL radar site.
