Scope and Contents
Tapes 1-5. Global Observation Information Network (GOIN). GOIN was launched in April 1993 by the President of the United States and the Prime Minister of Japan. GOIN is a cooperative effort between the United States and Japan to strengthen bilateral cooperation in Earth observation information networks.
