Scope and Contents
A preliminary drawing of the Mother GHOST (henceforth known as the Carrier Balloon) flight train layout is presented as well as administrative correspondence concerning balloon procurement. Also included is a memo from Passi and Lally on the calculation of balloon geopotential height based upon the number of sondes dropped during a day or nighttime environment.
