NCAR Graphics Conference, 1992

By the summer of 1992 the user base for NCAR Graphics had grown to a size where it was felt that it would be valuable to have a conference where talks could be given (both by SCD staff and users) and participants could exchange ideas. The first such conference was held at NCAR on June 17-19 in 1992. There were 120 users participating as well as 27 staff members. Over twenty formal talks were presented, with over half being given by users on topics ranging from custom interfaces to data handling. Several Birds of a Feather sessions were offered. Most participants stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott. This folder contains a complete schedule for the conference.
