The Computer Output Committee Phase 1 Report to the Joint Implementation Committee, 1987

This report, dated December 18, 1987, summarizes the results from an eight member committee tasked with recommending hardware to relieve the saturation of the SCD film recorders and printers (Phase I), and hardware/software to extend the capabilities of NCAR Graphics (Phase II).
