The David Atlas Papers collections contains correspondence, clippings, photographs, microfiche, handwritten notes, conference minutes, research bibliographies and articles that provide a glimpse into the work of Dr. Atlas at the Harvard-MIT Radar School, a record of the National Hail Research Experiment (NHRE) from 1974 to 1975 and an account of the evolution of the Atmosphere Technology Division (ATD) during Dr. Atlas's tenure from 1972-1975.
