Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection documents the organizational activities of the Office of Interdisciplinary Earth Studies (OIES) from its creation in 1986 until its dissolution in 1994. The collection is organized into eight series and primarily covers the planning, activities, and resulting publications of various workshops, conferences and meetings held internally or with partnering institutions.
