Scope and Contents The 50th Anniversary celebration for UCAR/NCAR occured in 2010. A time capsule project, lead by the NCAR Archives and UCAR Communications, collected over 90 items that provide a snapshot of life at UCAR/NCAR in the year 2010. The collection includes a variety of ephemera and also digital files.

Scope and Contents The Cooperative Program for Operational Meteorology, Education and Training (COMET) Records document the work the COMET staff between the years 1989 and 2006. The collection consists mostly of education and training materials such as course notebooks and audio-visual materials. Scope and Contents The John A. Eddy Collection consists of documents dated 1954 to 1984, with the bulk falling from 1970 to 1984. Material types in the collection include correspondence and memoranda, presentations, and other materials. The majority of materials include notes, outlines, promotional materials, and transparencies for presentations. Eddy traveled all over the United States giving presentations on his ground-breaking research.
